Executive Committee Meeting Minutes
November 14, 2005

Bruce Drewes called the meeting to order at 2:35 PM Eastern Time

Absent: Linda Howe-Steiger - CA LTAP, Evan Hong - California-Nevada TTAP, Lisa Pogue - LTAP Clearinghouse, Gib Peaslee - FHWA

Approve minutes of October 24, 2005 conference call. Terry McNinch moved and Chris Ahmadjian seconded to approve the minutes as written. The motion passed unanimously.

Fall EC Meeting - The purpose of this conference call was to discuss and approve the 2005 Fall Meeting agenda for the Executive Committee. The Fall meeting will be November 30-December 2 in Arlington, Virginia. FHWA pays for this meeting. The draft agenda was discussed and a few changes were made, including adding a discussion with Dave Geiger, Director of FHWA's Office of Asset Management. Bruce Drewes will prepare and email the final agenda to the Executive Committee. EC members were encouraged to make their hotel reservations ASAP. Travel authorization from FHWA is imminent.

The Executive Committee adjourned at 3:40 PM Eastern.The next conference call will be Monday, December 12, at 2:30 Eastern time.
