Andrew Morgan will serve as the new Program Coordinator/Professional Engineer. Staff member Sabrina DeVall welcomed a daughter, Amelia Marie to the family on April 3. Mark Franz, an engineering graduate student and technical assistant, has received a fellowship to the University of Maryland's Civil and Environmental Engineering Doctoral Program and will leave the Center in August.
