Farewell notice from Denise Saunders:

Hi Everyone,

It feels very strange for me to write this e-mail. But, after a very rewarding career of over 20 years, and especially the last 2 years I’ve spent with the LTAP/TTAP community, it makes me more than a little sad to announce that I will be leaving FHWA at the end of April. Many of you know that my husband retired in January and we have made the monumental decision to move to Florida to be closer to my elderly parents and to begin a new “retirement” chapter in our lives.

I want you to know that I’ve really enjoyed working on the LTAP/TTAP Program and with all of you. I thank everyone for the assistance and support shown to me. I am continually amazed by the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in this program. I’ll miss seeing everyone at the regional and national meetings this year, but if you ever make it to Bradenton Beach, Florida please look me up. Visitors are always welcome.
