Kimberlee L. Wilcox PMP, CPM, Director, Ohio LTAP
Kimberlee has been in the training and organizational development business for over 25 years, and served in both public and private sectors. Before coming to the ODOT team on June 8, 2009, she had been with the Ohio Department of Administrative Services for nearly 20-years and served as the Statewide Training Program manager. In that capacity, she was responsible for the nationally recognized and NAGTAD award winning Professional Administrative Support Services (PASS - Levels 1 through 3) program. Additionally, she facilitated her agency to become the statewide Registered Educational Provider [R.E.P] site for the internationally accredited PMI (Project Management Institute) Project Management program series. She and her staff also managed a statewide Learning Resource Center that included course on core worker skills and many agency specific training sessions.
Kimberlee has a B.A -double major in English and Speech Communications from Otterbein College. Kimberlee holds a "Project Management Professional" (PMP) certification, along with certificates & certifications in many national training programs. She is also a graduate of Ohio's Certified Public Manager (CPM) program. Kimberlee has served in the capacity of President for the State of Ohio Training Association (SOTA) as well as their conference chair, treasurer and professional development chairperson. She has also been the President, Conference Chair, and Mentorship chairperson for the alumni association for the Certified Public Manager program.
